The basics
These terms cover the services listed on this website: the free health check, audits, menu fixes, packages, care plans and AI setup. By sending a request or booking work, you agree to them.
Scope and price
Prices are shown on the price menu and confirmed with you in writing before work starts. One fix means one root cause. If it turns out to be three problems, we stop and quote before touching anything else. Nothing is charged through this website.
The Full Audit fee is 100% credited to any fix or rescue booked within 14 days. Full Rescue and AI Automation Build are billed half to start and half on delivery. Care plans and help desk plans are month to month.
Turnaround
Turnaround times on the price menu start once we have the access we need and a way to reproduce the problem. Rush is +50% of the fix price and aims for 24 hours, start within 4 business hours.
Our guarantees
App fixes: Fixed or it's free. On any menu fix, if the problem isn't fixed inside the stated window (with repo access and a way to reproduce it), you get a full refund. On a Full Rescue, if any P0 is still open at handoff, the second half is waived.
AI setup: Working in 30 days or we keep working free. If the agreed workflows aren't in daily use by day 30, we keep going at no charge until they are.
Your code and accounts
You own your code and accounts before and after our work. You give us only the access a job needs and can remove it any time. We keep your code and data confidential and use them only for the work you booked. We'll sign an NDA on request.
Third-party services
Your app depends on services such as your builder, hosting, Supabase and Stripe. Their outages, limits and pricing are outside our control, and their subscriptions are billed by them.
Limits
We take care with every job, but software can fail in ways no one predicts. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any job is limited to the amount you paid for that job.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page on the day you book applies to that work.
